We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across India through our trusted logistics and courier partners.

⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email, along with tracking details.

🕐 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7–10 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 8–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to:

    • Orders below ₹499

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (based on order value and location)

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD service to most pin codes in India, depending on courier partner availability.
A small handling fee may apply, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this ID to track your package via:

  • The courier partner's official tracking page

  • The “Track My Order” section on our website

📬 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If you're unavailable to receive the order, it will be returned to our warehouse.
We can re-ship the product upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.

❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support team at Crackguard@gmail.com within 72 hours. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
